I-Transform & Perform Consulting was founded in 2018 with the conviction that the transformation of the Human Capital by unlocking their potential and developing their engagement & agility, is the corner stone for business growth and the success of its transformation projects.

I-Transform & Perform consulting is a Human Resources consulting company for SMEs, ETI, Start-Up, Scale-Up and Large Groups. Our story finds its origins in a rich fusion of multiple experiences in Human Resources, organizational transformation and operations management, acquired on a daily basis in different industries.

We offer you more than just an HR consulting, or a simple solution to an HR challenge, but a new perspective of an innovative approach allowing you to set your organization in motion, strengthen your organizational efficiency and develop added value.

Shérif Sadek

Founder and Managing Director of i-Transform & Perform Consulting,

is a former HR Director, holder of a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering and a university diploma in Human Resources Management

Shérif started his career in Schlumberger as an Oilfield Services Engineer. He was then assigned as Sales Manager for Peru and later as Marketing Manager for West Africa.

Nevertheless, most of Shérif’s career however, was spent holding several positions in Human Resources for more than 20 years, notably as HR Director for Africa, Global Training Director for Geoservices, Organisation Capability Manager for Pepsi-Cola and Organisational Transformation manager for Geoservices among other assignment.

His professional career unfolds diverse professional & cultural experiences for having worked in two different industries (notably the Oilfield Services and the FMCG industries) and for his international assignments in different countries and cultural environments around the world; in the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, Asia and Europe
